Respect for rights

GoodFetch is a technical utility service. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights or permission needed to download, convert, edit, scan, restore, transcribe, or otherwise process content.

Downloader use

A post being publicly viewable does not place it in the public domain. Use the downloader tools only for content you created, licensed, have permission to save, or are otherwise legally authorized to use.

Uploaded files

Do not upload copyrighted, confidential, or proprietary material to backend-assisted or AI-assisted tools unless you are authorized to process it.

Rights-holder requests

If you are a rights holder and believe GoodFetch is being used in a way that infringes your rights, contact GoodFetch with enough information to identify the material, explain your rights, and describe the requested action.
